This policy explains what information regencoremethod.com collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Information you share as a patient in our clinics is protected under HIPAA and described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request an evaluation, chat with our online concierge or call us, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, phone number, email, preferred clinic and a short description of what you need help with.
• Concierge chat and voice calls. Chat messages are processed by an AI service provider so the concierge can reply. If you start a voice conversation, it is recorded and transcribed, and you are told this before the call begins. Our front-desk team uses the transcript to follow up with you.
• Analytics, only with your permission. If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics and, on our campaign landing pages only, the Meta pixel measure which pages are visited and whether an ad led to an appointment request. They never receive anything you type into a form or the chat. If you do not allow it, these tools are not loaded at all.
• Basic site operation. Like any website, our servers log technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. Cloudflare protects the site against abuse, and our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. We also keep aggregate page counts on our own server, with no advertising network involved and no cookies used.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule your visit, improve the site, and understand which of our outreach actually helps patients find us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers for their own purposes.

Cookies and your privacy choices

The only cookie set without your permission records your privacy choice itself. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you select “Allow analytics.” You can change your answer at any time with the Your Privacy Choices link at the bottom of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a “no.”

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site and respond to you, under contracts that limit their use of your information: our hosting and security providers, email delivery, the AI and voice providers behind the concierge, and, only if you allow analytics, Google and Meta. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Appointment requests and concierge conversations are kept as long as needed to follow up and for our records, and then deleted. Aggregate page counts are kept for 45 days.

Your California privacy rights

If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do neither), and to be treated equally when you use these rights. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information online.
