20% of Americans are killing their stem cells and they don’t even know it.

By August 14, 2019Uncategorized

In our previous blog posts we’ve talked about how to increase your stem cells naturally.

Foods you can eat to maximize their production.

The most effective supplements to take.

Exercises, sleep habits, and so much more.

But, sometimes it can be just as effective to focus on things you shouldn’t be doing that are damaging your stem cells daily.

Bad habits are just as important as good ones when it comes to leading a healthy life.

And that’s the focus of this blog post.

Bad habits.

Well, more specifically one bad habit.

A habit that almost 20% of Americans share.

Can you guess it?

If you guessed smoking cigarettes, you were right.

Many know some of the lighter side affects of smoking like shortness of breath and yellowed teeth but they never stop to think about what it’s doing to their body as a whole on a cellular level.

Cigarettes have been proven to cause cancer.

Increase lower back pain.

Cause heart disease, and so much more.

A more frightening side effect is how they can destroy your stem cells.

Stem cells are responsible for healing your body and your body is in need of healing constantly, even if it’s not evident on the surface level.

If you’re smoking cigarettes, your body will have less stem cells to heal itself.

The good news if you’re a smoker? Studies have shown that it only takes around a month for your stem cells to go back to normal once you stop.

If you needed another reason to give up the habit, you have it right here.

So, can you kick the habit today?

Maybe just start by lessening the amount of cigarettes you smoke?

We all start somewhere, the occasional smoker, the once a day smoker, and even the chain smoker.

Do what you can and start where you are.

You’ll thank yourself in the long run.
